Caster Sugar & Light Brown Sugar | Caster Sugar will give the cookies sweetness and structure, whisk the light brown sugar adds a lovely caramel note which pairs really well with the chocolate and peanut butter flavour.
Large Egg | use the best-quality eggs you can find and make sure they are at room temperature. Eggs provide these cookies with structure and richness.
Vanilla extract | added to the cookie mixture to compliment the flavours
Plain flour | sift your flour into the mixture for best results and to avoid lumps
Baking powder | helps give the cookie great texture and crumb
White chocolate chips | use good quality white chocolate for ultimate flavour.

Alternative Flavour Variations
We use White Chocolate in this recipe to keep close to the snowman theme but it pairs really well with lots of different flavours so if you want to jazz up this recipe with some additional ingredients without compromising on the appearance and theme, then see below some suggestions that you could try.
Coconut | For a festive tropical twist try adding 100g of desiccated coconut in with the flour
Lemon | Lemon pairs wonderfully with white chocolate so why no add a fresh zest of lemon to the sugar and mix this through for a fruity delicious alternative.
Peanut Butter | Go nutty and pair the white chocolate with peanut butter by adding a x of smooth peanut butter and creaming it together with the butter and sugar.
